What you need to know?

The Sorted app is the simplest way for your tenants to set up their new rental, giving them the ability to book a mover and connect their electricity, gas, and internet – all in one place.

To launch the app, we’re excited to announce a new incentive program that will reward the entire Luton team.

As a team, you need to convert 50% of new tenancies signed to service connections via the Sorted app from now until the end of May.

As a team, if all of Luton hits the 50% conversion target, we’ll put $500 towards a team activity!

So, how can I win?

1. Use Sorted to manage tenant applications and lease signing

2. Once signed, your tenants will be prompted to download the Sorted app

3. Encourage your tenants along the on-boarding journey to use the app to access their lease documents and connect their services (don’t forget to mention they get $25 in their Sorted wallet to put towards any Sorted service)

4. Every successful service sign up will count towards your teams conversion rate, getting you one tenancy closer to scoring the $500 reward

How can I track my progress?

Your running conversion rate for your branch will be shown live in the Sorted platform! All you need to do is visit the Sorted portal > click ‘home’ > click ‘reports’ > click ‘performance’ and then select your chosen roll up period and date range.
